can\'t get pockettop drivers to install

I can\'t seem to get the keyboard drivers to install.  I have tried using the latest theKompany ROM, Sharp v 3.13 ROM and 2.38 ROM.  Everytime I put the necessary files on the CF card to install (or the SD or internal Flash for that matter), the Software Installer does not see them.  I can\'t seem to find anybody else having this same problem.  Any ideas?

I split this post from it\'s original location because this has nothing to do with pockettop charging for their drivers...

now to your question - I\'m assuming you have a 5500 because of the roms and versions you mentioned.  that said, specifically which irk drivers are you using, and where are you downloading them from?
