It's a Sharp Zaurus MI-506 PDA with PCMCIA Digital Organizer Camera

Acording to a translated Japanese page her is info about the camera:
1/4 type 35 ten thousand square pixel progressive scan CCD
640x480
Optical zoom 2 time and digital zoom 2 time (=4 time)

The software looks kinda neat.

Looks like it came out around 1997.  Think it runs WinCE.
