- I looked him up on eBay, based on the article, and sent him a query about it.  I'll post the results when they arrive.

- [Apr 17] I'm thinking he's not interested.  More's the pity

- [Apr 18] Got a response, as expected he's got his hands full w/ Palm repairs.  (shrug)  Sure didn't hurt to ask!

Ugh.  LOL.  I've been doing Palm repair for a few months before this guy was on the news sites.
