I'm in the U.S. looking to buy a Piel Frama case, any color but red. I just wanted to check the list to see if anyone was thinking about selling theirs before I bought new.

Get the screen protector. Itts the best while your at it. 99 percent transparent.

Does this case has a prastic layer on top of the keyboard to hold the Z in case?

yes it does have a plastic sheet over the keyboard. The feel is subjective, but I have no regrets getting this case.
