There Is A Wi-fi Applet On Opie ?

I search an applet for my wi-fi, the applet must say some basic information....like the AP name, speed and power of signal ......

Well, there once was one but it caused resume-freezes and no one bothered to fix it

Ya, my good 'ole opie-wirelessapplet. Actually, my first ever contribution to Opie. It's been a while... did anyone tried with kernel 2.6 lately? Perhaps the bug has been fixed by upgrading to a sane kernel

Go to http://opie.handhelds.org/ from there you can download the source (I assume it's in the opie cvs tree).

Then compile it and see if you can debug the problem,

Alternatively, set up bitbake/OE (http://openembedded.org/) and it's probably in there already to be compiled if you want.
