Hi,
I have an AV 500 and I am facing a serious problem in it. I was listening to some music with it and suddenly for no reason the music stoped. So I looked to the screen to see what happened and I found it compltley white. I didn't know what happened but I tried to close it by holding the "x". Surprisingly. the device stopped but the "ON" light remained on. I tried to re-open it but the white screen appeared again. I tried to remove the battery and reput it, but nothing changed. There is another thing: when I press on the open key just once without holding, the TV/LCD light keeps blinking.
Please advise because my AV is currently not functioning at all.
