Looking For A Cf Wi-fi Card
« on: August 13, 2006, 11:01:07 am »
I'm sure I read something about this here on the forums, but I can't seem to locate it now.
I'm just wondering if anyone has seen a compact flash wireless card that is the same size as a regular compact flash card that will work on the zaurus.
I'm looking for one that the antenna part does not protrude out past the body of the zaurus.
There probably isn't such a thing, but I'm hoping.
Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks, Doug

I dont think there are any... and if there were... I think that EVERYONE would have one... it is prolly due to the fact that a part of the antenna will need to stick out reception... if your looking for something that sticks out the least...

i do know of a trick you can do with a hacksaw if you dont mind doing a bit of body modification, how much you can trim depends on the card

actually i am bieng serious, how badly do you want a small profile wifi card?
