Debian

i have installed debian according to http://www.users.on.net/~hluc/myZaurus/jumbo/xqtjumbo.html
i have also x/qt installed
i have installed it to a ext3 partition bu when i try to start it i get this
#xlauncher debian
starting debian
deblauncher not found
what should i do

i have installed pdaXqt jumbo pack and then installed Debian bu as a i said above i get deblauncher not found error please can somebody help?
