A me too I\'m afraid but mine\'s the first purchase (May 11th) on the list posted by whit. Like everyone else I\'ve had no replies to e-mails, either sent via ebay or directly to the hotmail address. Just hoping that somebody gets a response soon and with a bit of luck the rest of us will follow....

What do y\'all think? Should I go ahead and file with PayPal - figuring that their financial stake in this might prompt them to shake the tree and maybe even get us the fruit we paid for - or should I wait another week?

Hi there ... just want to say that I bought a SL-C750 from Mr. K back in Feb. I had a similar experience to what others in this thread have experienced. The sequence of events was as follows ....

1) Bought from e-bay using the \'buy-now\' option. - Day 0
2) Received request for payment from K - Day 1
3) Had issues with my PayPal account. - Day 1-3
4) Had great correspondence with K explaining my PayPal problem to him. He was quite understanding and courteous. - Day 1-3
5) Made the payment. - Day 3
6) Sent him follow-up e-mail(s) everyday without *any* response. - Days 4-10
7) Started the PayPal complaint process.  - Day 11
8 ) Heard nothing from K for the next 2 weeks.
9) Finally, he contacts me says he\'s been in hospital etc. etc. Asks me whether I\'m still interested or should he return my money. I reply I\'m no longer interested.
10) Next day he e-mails me saying that he received my last e-mail \"too late\" and that he had already mailed the Zaurus. He sends me a scanned copy of the post-office receipt from the Japanese PO as well as a tracking number.
11) Zaurus arrives at Canada customs 3 days later.  

Bottom line to all this is that eventually Mr. K did deliver ! I had to wait almost a month from payment to receipt but eventually i *did* receive my little Z.

I bought my 860 from \"K\" (Keisuke Okuno), was treated with great courtesy, my C-860 arrived within 5 days, and was absolutely perfect.  I have corresponded with him since, and never have had a moment\'s trouble.  When I get my next stuff for the 860, I\'ll be buying it from him.  Just my two cents worth.

GOOD NEWS WHIT!!!!! I got an e-mail from Keisuke! He is now replying briskly. What a relief!

I guess he is replying on all e-mails and you should hopefully get a reply soon.

This is SUCH a RELIEF!!!

Glad to hear all those sighs of relief accross the country.

I may be working with him as back up if we can figure out logistics which means US Distrib and lower shipping.  Note: I would just handle shipping , but K would still be the seller.  But this way you can buy once it is MY (USA) hands and ready for shipment.

Even if this does not pan out between K and I, as you can see, he does let you know as soon as he is back around.  It sucks to have problems and although these were swaety weeks, let\'s give him a chance to redemm himself and take care of everything before giving him a bad rap.  I am am sure he knows things need to be modified so you all (or future friends) WILL NOT go through that worry again. In anycase, I still believe he is hands-down the best most honest guy I have sent my hard earned cash to accross the Globe to

That is great news for the Z community. I was very lucky in that I ordered mine just before he had his problems and found him to be a very responsive and generally great guy to deal with.

His disapearance was so out of character that a major problem seemed to be the only posibility. K obviously has some catching up to do, I hope he can get everyone taken care of really quickly.
