Out of curiosity, does anyone have any interest in meetings? I have Unix and Linux groups in the area, and the Z fits right in, but if there are enough people that would like to share and learn, I\'d be up for organizing.

Possible topics:

- programming the z.
- porting and optimizing apps to the z.
- create our own rom.
- configuration issues.
- specialty topics, i.e. network admining, wardriving, other naughty good fun.

hey. I'm in LA...completely new to the Zaurus (just got a SL-5600);
I've done some work in Linux (slackware/Fedora) -- other than that - I know
zippy about the Zaurus PDA. I'm interested in wireless/bluetooth applications/use etc.

If there ever is a ZUG around LA let me know...I will be there ---

Yeah, I'm in the Irvine (Orange County) area. LA isn't a bad drive for me anways. A meeting would be groovy as long as no old balding men tried to rape me (since I don't know what you mean by 'other naughty good fun'...

There's a cerritos LUG that's kinda central to LA, OC. Maybe we could crash one of those meetings?
