Remapping Keys For Ce-rh1

Does anyone know how to remap the buttons of the CE-RH1 under Cacko? I'd like the middle button to pause, but it stops the music player (but doesn't close it) & I have to hit spacebar, return or OK to restart it. I assumed that keyhelper would help, but I haven't (yet) figured out how to use it.
