It just times out.
Does anyone else have problems?

The OZ wiki is on berlios.de. I can't access that site either at the moment.

I have the solution.  After finding out that the site is on berlios.de I rummaged developers.berlios.de around there for awhile and found out that they are under a heavy ddos attack and that to access all the projects you need to change http to https for all urls.  So go to https://openzaurus.berlios.de and your set. Its still kind of slow though
