Pdaxii13-akita5.3 Suspend Overnight
« on: February 17, 2007, 05:16:28 pm »
My C3200 has pdaxii13-akita5.3 installed to flash.
I suspended it last night by using the button on the front. (left of SD slot)
Today, I turned it back on by using the same front mounted button, and the date was 2 days off (last Thursday) and the clock was off by 8 hours.
I did some searching, but I thought this problem has been resolved.
BTW, my Z was plugged into the external power supply overnight.

This happens to me CONSTANTLY with beta 3...whenever I suspend or reboot or....anything.  ;-)
Any solution?
Would be nice if the time and date worked.

This has only happened once with pdaxii13-akita installed.
I started with pdaxii13 about 6 weeks ago, (first week in January)
I didn't try pdaxrom beta 3 for long, just long enough to flash pdaxii13.

I always turn mine on with the "Home" button. It has saved me a world of grief in the pdaXrom distros.

I've been using beta 3 for some time now on a C1000 (since August, I believe) and I've never noticed this issue with suspend.  I used to have issues with reboot until I read the thread about disabling atd and properly syncing the hardware clock.

I believe pdaxii13 corrects the issue with atd & hwclock.  I'm pretty sure I've rebooted a couple times since I've upgraded and my clock is still accurate.
