Libbz2 Library? Need One For Pdaxrom

I searched all the feeds that I have for pdaxrom and cannot find this library anywhere.
I'm trying to run meanie's new xfe. It has a missing library:
libbz2.so.1.0
Note, this one has two b's
I found an old Sharp IPK from 2003, but this IPK wants to install this library under /home/QtPalmtop/lib/
I could extract these files and copy them manually, but I would rather get an IPK that correctly installs this into pdaxrom.
I found a reference to this library in the zpsx game emulator and it is supposed to include this library, but the download no longer exists.
Does this library reside inside another library with a different name?
I already do have libz 2.3 installed, but this isn't the same one as the one in the error message.

install the bzip2 package from the feeds

Thank you meanie. I would have not known where that library was located.
I only needed libtiff and libbz2
Now xfe is launching fine.

let me know if you find any other problems... I plan to include xfe in pdaXii13 full integrated with rox
