using old applications on a C860

these are in portrait mode, of course. Even if I cannot use the high resolution, I would like to rotate them, so that I can use the keyboard.
Unfortunately, it seems that qpe-rotation + qt-embedded-rotation do not do anything. What do you use?

For most of these, tap and hold the application\'s icon, and turn off \"Display with magnified screen\".
