tkccalendar will not launch
« on: October 30, 2003, 05:37:24 pm »
In the past few days I installed thekompany ROM and downloaded all new thekompany apps to match. Everything seems to be working well save for the fact that tkccalendar will not launch.

Versions:

thekompany 2.0-030612
tkccalendar 2.0-031011
tkcimport 2.0-031017

Thoughts?

Bill

from the looks of your versions, it looks like your thekompany2.0-030612 (global library) may be too old.  see if you can download a newer version... they usually are packed with the actual software that you purchased (ie. tkccalendar).

I think the general rule with thekompany (global library) is that the version needs to be the most recent version comparable with the software you purchased... so for example, your tkcimport (031017) is the latest software you have...

then again according to their readme.txt files, not all of their software needs this (qpe-)thekompany global library, and I\'m not certain if the tkccalendar does.

You might try to launch the app in the terminal to see exactly what errors you are getting.

You also might try posting a note in their mantis bug reporting system
