Please, i hve tried to get help several places and so far, nobody has been able to.
I am trying to install the cacko 1.1 hybrid rom that is based on Trolltech\'s Qtopia 1.6.2 NOT the one based on the sharp ROM. The flash goes fine, but when it comes time to install qtopia to SD, it says that no install script could be found on the CF. What the heck does this mean??
I got a message from slash, whitch I don\'t know how to execute. He said that I somehow needed to format the main memory, though he didn\'t say how, and then said I needed to install all the qtopia 1.6.2 ipk\'s (whitch i have) to the SD, but that doesn\'t realy finish the job at all, and even if it did, I don\'t know how to do that. If I try before formatting the main memory, it refuses to install some of the most criticaly important packages, and if I were somehow able to format the RAM, I wouldn\'t have any way of installing the IPK\'s. My impression is that allong with putting those IPK\'s on the CF, there should be some sort of install script, but I don\'t know what or where the heck it is.
Please help.
