wlan failed after lock screen
« on: October 21, 2020, 10:22:58 am »
Hi @all,

I have got a problem with wlan not connecting after screen goes locked and unlocked again under linux.
SSID is showing up, but conman did not connect until a reboot. I tried powering off/on wlan module. Also tried to connect using command line. Only way is to reboot the device.
Anyone with this issue?

thank you!! : )

I cannot reproduce the WLAN problem under "Linux Debian firmware v3".

I can. I've followed the procedure in the Planet's Linux for Cosmo page and after going to sleep it fails to reconnect and complains about "No secrets were provided". I'm guessing it's something with the Wallet, but I can't find where it is in KDE to reset it.

OK. If it is a wallet problem, please try the following.

sudo apt install kwalletmanager
Launch kwalletmanager5 , where you can investigate your problem. Maybe open wallet or delete wallet might help.
