Yes, 64 megs flash.  It was in the specs all along.

The FCC documents referred to a \"6000D\" variant that had 128 megs, but I don\'t think it was ever released, even in Japan.

Hello.. anyone know where to find SYST5600.DBK for the pxa255? I can find one for the pxa250.

Probably not; Sharp\'s supplied kernel on my 5600 (PXA 255 version) even had the cache workaround enabled.
SL-6000L, Sharp ROM 1.12;
Socket Rev 2.5 CF Bluetooth::SE T608;
Sandisk 512MB SD, formatted ext2;

I was able to do nand restore from the files mentioned in this thread... although I have a problem... when I do a nand restore, it says there was an error and 1 bad block.

it appears to work fine, but when I try to update from sd/cf using OK-power, it just does nothing :/
