I have just bought a Zaurus SL5600 which I am very impressed with. I have used Linux for about 3 years now and am getting quite familiar with it. I have tried to install Justreader 2 along with one or two other applications, but the dependencies are driving me nuts. I have installed Justreader but it has ended up in /home/root. I try to run it from the command line, but get a message about a missing libqt-mt.so.3 library file. I thought the qt libraries were embedded in the sl5600. I am using Sharp ROM 1.32 with kernel 2.4.18-rmk7-pxa3-embedix. Has anyone had any joy at installing this software.

I have a problem with JustReader as well. although not the same one. All my books are on my CF card and I can\'t seem to find it in the JustReader file manager.

I\'m sure I\'m just missing something obvious, so I\'d really appreciate a nudge in the right direction.

Thanks.

Solved my problem. Uninstalled the software then reinstalled and made sure it went through the package manager. Presumably last time it was installed as root rather than zaurus as the user.

For dh. Try browsing to /mnt/cf.  That should be your compact flash card. To go up a directory, double click on the two dots /.. at the top of the directory tree. These mean to ascend one level.

My only problem now is that it will not open palm pdb books saying they are corrupted or are not there.

Thanks, now that I actually found the books, JustReader opens them fine. All I need to do is stop displaying all the HTML tags. Have to play with the settings.

Update - Setting the format to Mobipocket makes my books display perfectly. One more success
