On mine, if I hit ctrl-fn-c it saves an image of the current screen to memory card.  No extra software required.

Where did you found ctrl key on the Zaurus? What the name and format of screenshots?
I have tried on 5500 shift+fn+c and seems nothing happened - a didn\'t found any new files on cf.

shift+fn acts as ctrl for most control values.  For some, you can do without the shift.

On the 5500 with Sharp 3.x ROMs, shift+fn+c produces a screen snapshot as a .BMP file in either /mnt/card/Screen_Files or /mnt/cf/Screen_Files.  I don\'t know what it will do if you do not have an SD or CF card mounted.
