;-), i have one of the sj-30 clies (the 320x320 M68k ones) it wasnt too bad, infact for my first PDA i quite like it, i managed to hook mine upto linux just fine, also used the usb cable for networking etc, vnc and ssh werent too fast but hey, the browser i found (which was an effort in itself) was called xiino, and tbh, it\'s not bad, net access over irda with a nokia phone is passable, i used it to get my exam results last year while on the train, and , it had a pretty good battery life, If i could get uClinux and a wifi card I would have been fairly happy, my fiancee\' is going to have the clie now as it is fairly well suited to life in the hospital with stull like the BNF being sent out on a new memstick each year, and other stuff like palmGP. (yes i know there are lots of zaurus apps for medics ;-)
one thing some embedded linux developers have yet to learn from the palm world is to be able to make absolutly tiny applications, xiino was a fully html4 browser with image and https support yet it was only 600k, opera is about 3.2mb on symbian devices, while well, minimo is 25mb :-)
that said, i cant wait for my zaurus to arrive, i have actually had dreams about using it this week, my and cf wifi card arrived today ahead of schedule :-D. mmm images of sitting in the garden, ssh and irc open, playing mp3s over wifi from the house, taking in the sun and reading gllug :-)
