this is probably a stupid question, but is there any way to install openzaurus w/out a CF card? i have a 128mb sd card, but i've mostly heard you need a cf. any help? fairly advanced zaurus user, just without an account on usergroup....

No I'm afraid you need a CF card with a 5500.

That said, you could get away with a 16Mb one (just, though 32Mb is recommended - and not much more expensive) and they are very cheap nowadays.

Hi,
I flashed my 5500 a lot of times using a 16 MB CF with oz and once with tkc. Only th sharp OSPACK dont fit on the card.

ok, i was thinking of getting a 512 mb card at officemax anyway, so i can watch the matrix on my zaurus (w00t!)
