Is there any gcc version 3.x compiler running on zaurus ??

Yep, OE uses 3.4 as its gcc and I'm pretty sure that pdaX is using 3.3.x also.

PdaX used to have a development image you could download and install on the Z - haven't tried it so I can't tell you what version gcc it has
