mplayer and ogg vorbis

I've compiled mplayer with vorbis support
i use the standard libogg and libvorbis ( compiled on my sl600l)

Problem is : When i play a file in ogg format the audio i " has hiccup" it starts..it hangs it starts..it hangs...
mAY I HAVE TO CHANGE something in codec.conf file ?

Can Anyone help me ? "

you cannot use the standard libvorbis. It requires floating point instructions which are emulated on the Z and are way too slow to get any useful result. You have to use tremor.
