Most complete Vi

Can anyone tell me where I can get the most complete Vi package, please (To work on Cacko rom on 5600)?

the default vi is mostly complete, you must mean vim, the oz feeds have a good selection, i find vim, vim_rt and vim-syntax-min to be adequate for even c development on my 5500
