Brando do have a great service and answer time (answered my 3 mails in a few minutes today, we've been able to quickly find a solution to my problem as stated in my post) btw pricejapan seem to have great service too and sell it 100$ less ... but as brando has really been helping me so much I can only recommand them
note that if you need to use warranty, you'll have to send your unit to your resseller who will then send it back to sharp japan so you won't have to pay from your resseller to japan ... then it should be a good idea to buy it at a resseller near you
