reinstalling Sharp rom

I have OZ currently on my Z. I would like to know how to reflash the sharp rom onto my Z if there is any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Be wary though on the time frame, as it might be going down with the Sharp DevNet, at the end of Sept...
