QPsword for 6000?
« on: October 21, 2004, 08:46:37 am »
Hi!

I'm writing this on my new SL6000L, and its way amazing! But I'm trying to find some apps, and they all seem to be for the earlier Zs. Does anybody know if QPsword works only on ARM based Zs? If so, is there any bible reader I can use for the 6000?

Cheers!

Your 6000 has an ARM processor. The PXA can run ARM5 instructions (and earlier), the SA can run ARM4 instructions; therefore you're fine.

Thanks! I guess I got a little confused between ARM and Xscale.

I've just tried QPsword and it does not seem that useful since it does not have any other functions like search or note taking.

Is opie-dagger another reader? Is it better?

Cheers!

QPSword does have search, but no note taking. (Hold down the stylus anywhere over the text to get the popup menu - you have to hold it really still)
