Broken SL-5000d ?

While flashing back to tkcROM - took 3 minutes last time - both the Green ans Amber lights are still on after 30 minutes.

Is it broken if not what can I d the fix it.

SL-5500, tkc Rom, 256mb Panasonic SD Card(Broken) Currently using 256 Scandisk, 64mb CF Card with slow USB Networking. Plus 1 dead SL-5000d :(
