The project has not a generic account yet - and I'm not sure if we will ever have one, since most people come and go and basically there are just three or four core developers who trust each other.
Chris (Kergoth) and me (probably some other OZ-guys as well) have both individual paypal accounts and money one of us receives for the OZ project will be invested in buying hardware to brick/test/port OZ too/etc. My paypal address is mickey@Vanille.de, Chris' can be found at openembedded.org (when hh.org is up again).
We should update the oz.org site, too, but there's little time and doing releases always had more priority than collecting money
