Zaurus 5600 - create jffs2 filesystem ?

How to create jffs2 filesystem on Secure Digital card ? I find only defrag.jffs2 and nodemerge.jffs2 utilities, so not find any utility like fdisk with SD support and mkfs.jffs2 - any tips ?
