Problem With Fdisk On Sd

I use CACko 1.21 with hotfix B and use fdisk to partition sd 256M. The process went successfully after write the partittion. But when I fdisk again to check on it, it seem like nothing happend. My sd still has no partition. I also has the same problem with SHARP rom. Any idea or suggestion , please!!

Tell us what you are typing and the version of fdisk that you are using (fdisk -v gives you this).

Also it's probably a good idea to see if dmesg returns anything SD related.
