X Forward On K-drive?
« on: December 22, 2004, 06:26:06 pm »
I read somewhere that kdrive will forward, just a matter of changing settins in the sshd conf.
Can anyone confirm?
Got a more specific how to?
Comments? suggestions? successes?
forwarding single applications is really nice on occasion...

Not sure what you mean, but kdrive is the same as any other X server, it will accept client connections from anywhere allowed by xauth and xhost settings.

If dropbear supports X forwarding then dropbear can forward a client onto your
X server.

If dropbear does not then install open ssh and it will work fine.

But I have found a bug in kdrive and some apps crash kdrive :-( I need to work out why now.
