Calander Issues

Hey all;  its been a while since I lurked these forums....

I have a problem ... I revently reverted back to the Sharp ROM (3.13) on my SL-5500, well doing that wiped my calender so I restored the backup file i made of 3.13 a few months ago and synced the SL-5500 to Outlook (which also contains the schedule from my phone).

Ok -- the sync did not work.  most of the info in my calender was not imported (except holidays and two repeat events) these repeat events times were changed by like 5 hours each.  Ok no problem -- deleted everything (used the option in the Sharp Calender to delete info) but when i try posting new info into it, the times get screwed up yet again, it will not use the times i give it no matter what they are!

Anyone else experience this?  explainations/solutions are welcome!

I would bet a few bucks that the time zone has been changed on either your Z or on your PC and that is what is causing the time difference.

A good sign of this is if all of your all day events are still in the right place.

Hope that helps.

That was my initial thought as well so I made sure that the time zone on the zaurus was set to PST (my timezone) yet it still doesn't work creating events directly in the Sharp Calender.  But that would be my suspician because yeah, the 'all day' events are still in the right spots.
