The LCD interface is a part of the TOSHIBA TC6393XB system-on-a-chip. It features a 2D accelleration (see
Toshiba PDA products
), but getting code and specs for it is probably not easier than getting code and specs for the W100.

the kernel have a OS driver ? or it is like SD driver only binary ?
some one try a email for Toshiba ?
