good condition, runs great. no scratches on the screen, but the plastic screen cover has some. comes with the dock and charger, plus at least a 1 gig CF and a 256 sd. i can possibly toss in some other memory cards if i look around and see what i have extra. right now it is mostly a stock sharp rom, but i can reflash to another version if the buyer wants. i used it for an ebook reader alot and a few other things. i can send pictures if they are wanted.
looking for around 300 USD, but depends on the offered amount, as i am flexible. shipping can be included for that amount, but if shipped outside of the US it might be more depending on how much it costs to ship it.

i have seen the mid range model show up for 399.99 at places
that is the 4GB flash 512MB ram version
the low end is suppose to be even cheaper with 256MB ram and 2GB flash

on another note i found a dev kit that was not to bad in price at

the MIMX31CSOM module i looked on arrownac.com and it showed a price of about 256 for a single unit.
i also email a guy about buying a M9328MX21ADSE (mx21 dev kit) and he wanted 250 USD for it. i am not sure if the mx21 would be worth it since it is an arm9 core and the mx31 is an arm11 core with alot more features, so building a distro based around the mx21 would still need work done on it while porting it to a mx31 system.

with the amount of outages of this forum in the last few months i have been thinking about getting a server hosted so we can have a place to communicate and do stuff such as a wiki that we can't do here. i have never administered a server before, so i would need someone to step up and help with that part of it.
i was looking at what godaddy.com has to offer and thier package.

anyone have any comments on this?

i just managed to pick up a sl-6000 for a good price (237 USD ) and the 4" screen on that is about the max i would want to go. maybe a 5" widescreen format but no way a 7" screen.

that is a nice screen. sharp also makes one that is 4 inches at 640x480 and has a 3.7 inch version. what is nice about the sharp ones is it can switch to a 320x240 screen so you can do on the fly resizing of the screen for older apps that do not work with 640x480. i looks at price a few month ago and they were around the 130-160 mark if i remeber right.

Although I'm not entirely sure whats going on there as why are the scores much higher for the 'old index' Pentium 90 compared to the new index of a AMD K6/233?

probably something to do with the old processors not having a FPU so they might not be benchmarked on it while newer processors have one. the code might not be using the FPU and doing the calculations the hard way.
