If you've been through a system reset and the guidance on the support site https://support.planetcom.co.uk/index.php/Main_Page the only thing left I can suggest is an email to hello@planetcom.co.uk. I think I've suggested this to you previously on a different issue and you didn't get any support from them that time, but maybe they'll be more responsive this time. Sorry that's the only idea I've got.
