1. replace the ram chips with chips twice as big
2. use the kernel I tweaked to support the extended ram

that's all

I hope to use chips from memory sticks from old pcs.
I found some info using google at a german site.
what chips can I use to replace the 64 Mb to 128mb ?

linky

btw, seems the ipaq has a 256mb upgrade. can we do 256?
seems they use a "stack" method. they solder one chip on top of the other.
