Zaurus IP address
« on: October 29, 2004, 10:33:00 am »
I want to VNC to Zaurus 5600.
Zaurus is connected by LAN using 10/100 MB CF LAN card.
Any clues? Please advise. Thank you.

I'm now an iphone user and use my zaurii as serial terminals, perl and shell scripting and when I need 640x480 screens

Spoken like a true Linux/Unix guy.

Another way is to use the GUI. Tap on the network icon at the bottom of your screen (the same one you used to connect to the network), and then tap on the button. It will show (in that same pop up)  your IP address and other good IP information.

I hope this helps,

you're right.  I'm so used to doing on my other unix/linux machines, I never thought there would be a gui option.   cool to know.
