Hi second post here,
Has anyone succesfully used iTunesRemote (http://itremote.sourceforge.net/) on their zaurus?  I downloaded the installer and installed it via add/remove programs but when I tap the icon in the Jeode sections, all I get is the hourglass for a few seconds.  If I tap it again, i get the icon for it on the bottom of the screen but still no gui.  and clicking the icon wont do anything.  Any suggestions?

If it could work it seems like a sweet program.  Especially with my wireless speaker for use out on the terrace   Right now I'm using keypebble to control my iTunes (see previous post) but it's annoying to have to scroll so much.

Thanks again

@ ghackett: I had the same problem. Don't know why.

@ BarryW: I'd be curious to know how you got it running too.

Not that it really matters. When it does work, it will only do so with Winbloze, making it all but useless for me.

I downloaded the installer to my cf card and ran it.  It worked just like that.  Well if you want to call that working...     Unfortunetly I am in a pretty much all Mac and linux network.  No Redmond stuff that has iTunes on it.

There is a java program for itunesremote that installs in Windows and configures the LAN connection. At least that's what I gather from the website. I installed the latest version of java for windows and I downloaded the java itunesremote program for windows but have not been able to run it.  How do you run a jar file?

The "best" remote I've found for iTunes comes for the mac.  It's called web remote iTunes.  It makes a web page hosted off your mac that you connect to.  Pretty cool as it works with anything with a web browser, and if you enable it works anywhere there's internet access.  Though why you'd want someone in China to be changing songs is beyond me...
