RCP and eRCP are high considered development projects of the eclipse org. There is a big need to port that to linux pda and I hope they will ported very soon. I found the following link about this issue and eSWT :

I also think that it would be great to port this to the Zaurus Java Environments. There is also a  [a href=\"http://www.eclipse.org/newsportal/article.php?id=2284&group=eclipse.technology.ercp#2284]new Message on the eRCP Newsgroup[/url] which asks which other GUI should be supported by eSWT/eRCP. It seems a port of eSWT/eRCP to Qt embedded is in consideration, but help is needed.

There is now code for a Qt Embedded implementation of eSWT in the  ercp cvs. This initial code comes from IBM. It seems it is the code of IBMs formerly commercial eSWT implementation which is now licensed under the epl.

The build scripts in cvs are for building this code for IBMs J9 Java implementation on the Zaurus. There is much work to do before this eSWT and later eRCP port is usable but a first step is done. If someone is interested to help with development, please write to the ercp newsgroup.
