Streaming Mp3 Software?
« on: June 07, 2006, 05:01:22 pm »
Hi guys,

Looking for an application in the feeds that will play streaming MP3 from a server.  What's the lightest-weight thing you can think of that you're sure works?
SL-C1000 Akita running OZ 3.5.4.1 with GPE
Ambicom WL1100C-CE Wifi Card
Sandisk 1GB SD Card

Looking for advice as to how to get snes9x and dgen-sdl running!

mplayer is the "lightest-weight" thing deffinately.

But if you want ease of use try shoutcastplayer.  I believe it uses mplayer anyway to play streams.  But I don't know if it is any feeds so if you are too lazy to search for it then good luck with mplayer.
