OpenEmbedded can build cherokee, and iirc hrw already added it to the feeds. If not, ask for it to be included.

Well when I started this topic, and when I started trying to build an ipk there was no cherokee in the feeds, but there is now. Awsome.
Thanks Koen, and whoever put that in the feed as well.
The only problem is that the files appear to be in some way corrupt.
ipkg says it's not available from any configured src.
I downloaded the files and gzip says it can't recognize the format as does stuffit expander
tried ar:
ar -xv cherokee_0.5.3-r1_arm.ipk
ar: debian-binary/: No such file or directory
ar: data.tar.gz/: No such file or directory
ar: control.tar.gz/: No such file or directory
We'll get there. I guess I should start posting this in OZ/Common
Thanks again.
