I know, but I'm a RAM Czar

It's done building, I'm building the new packages list now, and am going to upload it to my feed ASAP. I'll probably build the quick-launch plugin as well.
Hey! It looks great. thanks man!

The quick launch plugin sounds like a good idea. Thanks.

Hey,

I tried to compile xword:  http://xword.sourceforge.net/
The problem I had was the missing GTK-- libraries.  Are these available for pdaxrom?

Dink Smallwood is a classic that would probably be great on the Zaurus: http://www.happypenguin.org/show?Dink%20Sm...od%20SDL%20Port

Source: https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=85863
I tried compiling it but it has no configure file and no Make file.
How do I go about making a configure file when compiling on the Zaurus?

It looks like it's just a Windows download (there are .exes in the file).

Otherwise, if there were a autogen.sh file, you'd run that, then use the generated configure script.

There is the source in there... it's in the development folder.

Capn Fish,
I was looking at your feed, and I see you have Aircrack there.  Does it support injection using the hostap drivers?  I temporarily went over to Cacko since there were some hostap-utils there that worked, but I'd like to come back to pdaXii13!

This might be what we need.

I played Dink Smallwood on my desktop, a long time ago. This would be a cool time consuming game to have on the Zaurus.
I just had to add my comment. Not many graphical RPG games for the Zaurus...

It works great for me. You need to flash my kernel, though, which only works with r198, Cxx00 AFAIK. I'll put the kernel and stuff in the "junk" directory in /Zaurus at techassassins.

Thanks, Cap'n!

I'll give it a try tomorrow!
I haven't ever gotten r198 to flash properly, so I may be back for more help

I'd like to use LyX and Latex (well, that's for me one big point why I bought Z). I know this is a long term itch for many. What I found is this page: http://yonggun.googlepages.com/scientificpdaxrom (also linked from tyrannozaurus). Could LyX and tex/latex (e.g. tetex, or texlive distro) find a way to the official feeds?

Thanks.

This sounds like a great OneNote equivalent: http://basket.kde.org/
not sure how will it would run on the Z though.
I'll try compiling it this weekend if no one beats me to it.
