Meanie is the hd1image-full.tgz file still uploading?  It appears to be stuck at 85.2MB and not the 198MB size that the Beta page says it should be.  Thank you for all your hard work.

meanie, do you care to share the python script for datentime, so I can patch my pdaxii13-akita.5.3.2 Zaurus?
I don't really want to reflash a complete new version just for this.
Thanks,
Jon

That didn't work, I still lose 6 hours on reboot because I set my timezone to GMT -6 Saskatchewan
It must be the mb-applet-clock that I downloaded from 3000Daniel
I'm just going back to GMT -0 London
EDIT:
it worked the second time. I had to set the zone and clock, reboot, then set the zone and clock again, and reboot again.
Now it's correct.

Meanie, i'm in trouble:
it seems that when i reboot some config files are bought back to original:
/etc/bluetooth/rfcomm.conf
/etc/bluetooth/hcid.conf
and /etc/ppp/peers directory is erased !!!!
do you know about that issue ??

probably a corrupted filesystem... run fsck, ie go into pdaXii13's maintenance mode...

it seems gammu from released packages needs libbluetooth.so.2
before i break something would someone (meanie!?) tell me what package to install ?

edited:
solved with

cd /usr/lib
ln -s libbluetooh_existing libbluetoosh.so.2

well, now it seems to work with my 6630 with a config file like
device = bt_addr
connection = blueobex

but nothing out yet...
