1gb Pny Compact Flash, Staples $19.98
« on: December 28, 2006, 02:58:27 pm »
I was at Staples today and found these 1GB PNY brand CF cards for $19.98
Regular price was 59.98
I picked up 2
SystemInfo lists them as
Product info" "KTC" , "CF Card"

I'm not sure if that's the actual manufacturer.
There is no speed rating on these cards, I assume they are 1x or 2x
I got these primarily for backups, so speed wasn't a concern.
I wish there was a program like "CD/DVD Identifier" for these cards to acquire all the info on them, such as the "true" manufacturer and the actual speed rating.

They should, I haven't used NAND Restore/Backup.
I use these for incremental backups within Cacko.

EDIT:
I just opened it in Windows using a card reader.
The Volume name is "Toshiba"
