I don't remember if I installed my dictionary file, or placed it in the directory manually.
Mine are located in the path below. If you don't have a hard drive in your Zaurus, try looking below /QtPalmtop
/hdd3/QtPalmtop/share/zbedic/en-0.9.0hdic

"en-0.9.0hdic" is the dictionary filename.

To load a dictionary into Zbedic, settings -> Dictionaries -> Add
C3100 Multiboot-->Angstrom 2007.12-r18 | Cacko 1.23 | ArchLinuxARM
C3200 pdaxii13v2-5.5-alpha4 Akita on NAND

Ambicom WL1100C-CF Wifi - Ambicom CF modem - Ambicom CF GPS - Belkin-F5D5050 USB LAN
Socket CF Bluetooth rev K - Iogear 4 port USB micro hub - pocket CF card reader
Targus mini USB optical mouse - 2 Targus SD card readers

You don't need to "install" zbedic dictionaries. Just copy them to your Zaurus, or put them on an SD or CF card and insert it into the Z. In zbedic go to settings and add the file, there will be a file dialog  - just locate where you put the dictionary.
