for me it is working out of the box without any problem

It doesn't work on my C860 either. I've added a bit more information on an open bug at http://bugs.openembedded.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1718.

Seems like there is no interest in having altboot work on 2.6.22 or above kernels from angstrom. Not sure why, and its just based on my experiences trying to get it too altboot on my C1k.

it seems my Belkin CF BT card is working again with latest kernel 2.6.23 from angstrom.
there's an even new kernel available since yesterday
it would be great to have any changelog but........
