just added in wiki for   locales - glic-2.7

apt-get install belocs-locales-data belocs-locales-bin

dpkg-reconfigure belocs-locales-bin

echo "export LC_ALL=fr_FR@euro" >> ~/.profile    (or whatever locale you chose)

logout / login

I think it'd be better to do
